Bunker Creek Fiber Drop Materials and Supplies
Solicitation No.: 25-001-IFB Responses Due: 2:00 P.M. PDT, May 6th, 2025
The Public Utility District No. 1 of Lewis County (District) requires various fiber project materials for service drops for its broadband development within the Bunker Creek area of Lewis County, in Washington state with delivery at the Chehalis and Morton warehouses in accordance with the IFB's exhibits. The purchase of materials for this project utilizes state and federal grant funds with specific requirements applying to bid responses.
The awarded vendor shall be registered or licensed as required by the laws of the State of Washington if it has a physical presence nexus or has gross receipts more than $100,000.00 within Washington state.
A five percent (5%) bid guarantee in form of a cashier’s check, money order, or surety bond must be submitted with a bid.
Failure to comply with any part of the solicitation instructions may result in rejection of the bid, quotation or proposal as non-responsive. The District reserves the right at its sole discretion to reject all bids, quotations or proposals received without penalty and not to issue a contract.
Purchases for the project will utilize funds from federal award number CPFFN0145 (ARPA Capital), granted to the Washington State Broadband Office by the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
Materials must comply with Domestic Preferences for Procurements (2 CFR § 200.322) for their bid to be considered responsive and responsible.
