Prequalified contractors are invited to submit a sealed bid for the above-mentioned project. All bidders must be prequalified in accordance with Washington State Regulations (RCW 54.04.085) prior to submitting a bid proposal. A preliminary project plan and schedule as well as a resume of the project manager and/or supervisor are required to be submitted with your bid along with various exhibit forms as described in the Notice and Instructions to Bidders.  Bids will be received by the Public Utility District No. 1 of Jefferson County (the District), located at 310 Four Corners Rd., Port Townsend, WA 98368, until 3 p.m., Wednesday, March 12, 2025, for the GARDINER AERIAL FIBER CONSTRUCTION. The general scope of the work to be accomplished is as shown in the enclosed drawings and/or the attached specifications.  Bids may only be mailed, or hand delivered to the address listed above.

Bids must be in a sealed bid envelope with the name and address of the Bidder, the date and time of the opening and the bid name and number which must appear on the outside of the sealed envelope in which the Proposal is submitted. Proposals must be filled out in ink or typewritten. No alterations or interlineations will be permitted, unless made before submission, initialed, and dated. The winning bidder will be required to submit an electronic copy of the Proposal Table upon request.

There will be a mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting for this project. The Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, beginning at 8:00 a.m, at 310 Four Corners Road, Port Townsend, WA and via Zoom.
