25ELE0803-Tree Trimming Chimacum Substation to Quilcene Substation
Prequalified contractors are invited to submit a sealed bid for the above-mentioned project. All bidders must be prequalified in accordance with Washington State Regulations (RCW 54.04.085) prior to submitting a bid proposal. Bids will be received by the Public Utility District No. 1 of Jefferson County (the District), located at 310 Four Corners Rd., Port Townsend, WA 98368, until 3 p.m., Wednesday, October 8, 2025, for the Tree Trimming Chimacum Substation to Quilcene Substation project. The general scope of the work to be accomplished is as shown in the enclosed Exhibits and/or the attached specifications. Bids may only be mailed, or hand delivered to the address listed above.
Only registered Plan Holders will receive email notices of addenda and other updates. The District website does not automatically register viewers to the planholder’s list, bidders should contact Karen Abbott, Contract Compliance Specialist at kabbott@jeffpud.org to be added to the planholder’s list. Bidders that do not register will not be automatically notified of addenda and will need to periodically check the District website for addenda(s) issued on this project. Bids must be in a sealed bid envelope with the name and address of the Bidder, the date and time of the opening and the bid name and number which must appear on the outside of the sealed envelope in which the Proposal is submitted. Proposals must be filled out in ink or typewritten. No alterations or interlineations will be permitted, unless made before submission, initialed, and dated. The winning bidder will be required to submit an electronic copy of the Proposal Table upon request.
