Sealed Proposals will be received by the undersigned at the City of Okanogan, 120 3rd Avenue North, Okanogan, Washington 98840 up to 11:00 a.m.; local time on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, for furnishing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, and guarantees thereof to construct 3rd Avenue Reconstruction and Utility Replacement.

This project consists of the reconstruction of approximately 1,700 LF of 3rd Avenue from Irene Street to Greta Street, including, but not limited to, excavation, grading, crushed surfacing materials, hot mix asphalt, storm drainage facilities, cement concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, replacement of water main and sewer main along 3rd Avenue and adjacent areas, pavement markings, surface restoration, utility adjustments, and other work all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, Special Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
