7th Street Cruise Ship Dock Improvements Project
Description of Work: The work required for this project includes, but is not limited to: Furnish, labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for the demolition and replacement of approximately 5,100 Sq. Ft. of floating dock at the Port of Clarkston’s 7th Street Cruise Ship Facility located at the confluence of the Snake and Clearwater River in Clarkston, WA per plans and specifications. Bids will be received at the Port Administration Office, 849 Port Way Clarkston, Washington, until 1:00 p.m. on Thursday August 7, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. A pre-bid conference and site visit have been set for Tuesday July 22, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Potential bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. The site visit will convene at the Port’s Administration office. Chris Rasmussen is the Project Manager for this project, telephone number (509) 758-5272. Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the Bid. Contractor is required to pay applicable Asotin County Prevailing Wages. This project is funded through the Washington State Department of Commerce with State Funding. Contractors are encouraged to commit to local hires. Disadvantaged, Minority, and Women’s Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond.
