Project Summary: Franklin High School is a four-story 216,030 sf building, originally opened 1912, with 65 classrooms serving 1,400 high school students. This project includes the replacement of 141 water-sourced heat pumps and reconfiguration of the ventilation system at the main building to improve air flow throughout the building and reduce burdensome repairs and maintenance needs. Absher is partnered with Hermanson to provide General Contracting services and to manage portions of the construction scope.
