Request for Proposals (RFP) #2113-787: Access and Visitation Services

DSHS Economic Services Administration (ESA) Division of Child Support (DCS) is seeking qualified provider(s) for the purpose of administering an Access and Visitation grant program to support and facilitate noncustodial parents’ access to and visitation of their children in the State of Washington.

The State of Washington Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) has recently issued a solicitation. You have been identified as a vendor with OMWBE status, Veteran status, and/or as a Washington Small Business (within WEBS Commodity Codes #961-05, 952-21,952-67 and/or 952-43), or you are someone who reaches out to vendors with this status. Therefore, DSHS wants to ensure that you are made aware of this bidding opportunity. 

You may access and save or print a hard copy of the solicitation documents from WEBS, https://pr-webs-vendor.des.wa.gov/, or from the DSHS Procurement Website, specifically at this link: https://www.dshs.wa.gov/ffa/procurements/access-and-visitation-services, without contacting the RFP Coordinator.  Telephone requests are not acceptable and the solicitation is not available by fax.  Do not send requests, or questions, regarding this RFP to any other DSHS staff.
