Edmonds School District, Capital Projects Office, will be issuing an RFQ in October 2023 after written approval from the WA Project Review Committee, for the purposes of identifying Progressive Design Build teams for the Mountlake Terrace High School HVAC Replacement Project. The rough project scope is to provide a new heating and ventilating system within the confines of the existing high school building that will provide consistent temperature control throughout the school year to optimize student learning and comfort.
