IS LOOKING FOR CONTRACTORS TO PROVIDE SERVICES

Seeking qualified CONTRACTORS to provide environmental modification services to pre-determined eligible persons age 18+.

Service area: Adams, Chelan, Douglas, Grant, Lincoln & Okanogan Counties.  

ENVIRONMENTAL MODIFICATIONS are physical modifications required by the participant’s service plan, that are necessary to ensure the health, welfare and safety of the participant or that enable the participant to function with greater independence in the home.

Such modifications include but are not limited to:

• The installation of ramps and grab-bars
• Widening of doorway(s)
• Bathroom facilities
• The installation of specialized electric and plumbing systems to accommodate the medical equipment and supplies that are necessary for the welfare of the participant
• Lift systems which require modification to the dwelling, such as overhead ceiling track lifts.  This also includes electronic wheelchair lifts.
