The Kitsap County Division of Aging and Long-Term Care is asking for proposals is to identify a qualified subcontractor to provide support and information to better understand a disruptive behavior associated with dementia, discuss strategies for behavioral intervention, reduce caregivers stress and refer to resources. Consultation and referral services may be provided to an individual, caregiver, family, friend or a Care Team.
