Project Description:   The project consists of construction of a new 5,748 sf wood framed STEM Classroom building and associate site work that includes demolition of existing structures. The work includes but is not limited to the following scope: Site work includes building demolition, clearing and grubbing, excavation, storm water conveyance, sanitary sewer piping and holding tank, utilities, concrete and asphalt paving, curbs, landscaping, frontage improvements including lighting.
