Pacific Civil & Infrastructure, Inc. is seeking proposals from qualified and certified DBE/MBE/WBE Contracting and Supplier firms for various scopes of work including: Landscaping and Restoration; Asphalt Grinding; Cathodic Protection; Patching and Paving; Curb Ramp Replacement; Dewatering; and Traffic Control.
The project’s scope as described in the Invitation to Bids is:
Install approximately 10,600 ± linear feet of 24-inch ductile-iron water transmission main by means of open cut trench construction. Replace approximately 2,000 + linear feet of 6-inch cast iron water transmission main with 8-inch ductile iron water transmission main. Replace water mains on Filbert Road from Locust Way to Larch Way to accommodate WSDOT’s roundabout design at that location. Project work also includes temporary erosion and sedimentation control, dewatering, cathodic protection, pavement restoration, curb ramp replacement, site restoration, and other associated work items.

Sets of plans and specifications will be available for examination during the bidding period at District's Administration Building. The District and District Design Consultant will not have bid documents available for purchase. In addition to Builders Exchange, plans, specifications, addenda, and bid results will be available for download at the District’s website http://www.awwd.com. It is the responsibility of the bidder using the downloaded files to obtain and acknowledge addenda as identified in the Contract Documents. Planholder registration information will be developed and maintained by Builders Exchange. Addendums will be issued by Builders Exchange and distributed to currently registered planholders via e-mail to the address provided by the registered planholder.
