Architectural and Design for the Remodel of the City of Renton Senior Activity Center HVAC, Roof, and Exterior Siding Replacement

The City of Renton invites experienced consultants to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for a transformative project: the remodel of the City of Renton’s “Don Persson” Senior Activity Center. Nestled at 211 Burnett Avenue North, Renton; this historic 19,242-square-foot structure serves as a cornerstone for the Seniors of Renton.

We seek qualified consultants to collaborate on Architectural, Design, and Construction documents, integral to defining construction and bid documents and project and construction management for the Senior Center renovation. These documents are vital to realizing our vision of a vibrant Senior community hub and require expertise and dedication. This project is part of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program which supports community development activities to build a stronger and more resilient communities. Which improves the lives of city residents, especially for the Senior Community of Renton.
