Project Description:  The scope of work includes but is not limited to: Replace the existing Artondale Elementary School with an approximate 77,175 sf two-story school building and a 3,822 sf covered play structure.

The Artondale Elementary school building shall be 77,175 sf and shall include classrooms, administration and assembly spaces including a commons, a gymnasium and entry canopies. The site shall include bus access, car access, queuing and parking, a grass playfield and service areas including covered play and soft and hard play areas. Also included is utility work, a new septic system and a small area of work in the ROW. The project will be phased and constructed on an occupied site with students attending the existing Artondale building next to the project throughout construction.
