Notice of Bid Package EC/CM Release for Subcontractor Scopes listed below per RCW 39.10.380 
 
Package 3 – Fire alarm 
Package 4 – Intrusion 
Package 5 – Access Control 
Package 6 – Emergency Responder (DAS) 
 
 
Bid packages for the above scopes of work will be released on April 6th, 2023. Interested potential bidders can 
obtain an electronic copy of the bid package documents from the following link and by contacting Carlos 
Castaneda at 509-302-8218 or by email Carlos.c@Premierpowerelectric.com for password.

Bids are due no later than May 4th, 2023 at 1:00 PM. 
  
Bids shall be delivered in a sealed envelope to:  
Premier Power Electric, Attn: Carlos Castaneda  
Premier Power Electric Main Office  
8365 Hogum Bay Lane NE Lacey, WA 98516 
 
Bids will be opened in person at Premier Power’s main office. Bid Results will be posted within 24hrs of bid 
opening to the Drop Box link above.   
 
No faxed or emailed bids will be accepted. If bids are submitted via mail or a courier service, the bids shall be 
received by Premier Power Electric no later than the bid due date noted above.  
 
Bid Bond or certified check in the amount of 5% of the total bid is required for ALL BIDS.  The successful bidder will 
be required to furnish 100% payment and performance bonds for bids that exceed $300,000.00 (three hundred 
thousand dollars) per the bid package requirements on forms provided by Premier Power Electric, and issued by a 
surety acceptable to Premier Power Electric.
