Project Summary:

The new Auburn Elementary School #16 will be approximately 73,000 square feet and will be able to house 650 students. The building will include 32 general classrooms, 6 specialty classrooms (such as music and special education), an administration area, gymnasium, library, full-service kitchen, and other support spaces. Improvements to the site will include playground and synthetic turf playfields; student pick-up and drop-off; bus loading and unloading; staff and visitor parking; event parking; a delivery area; infrastructure (utilities) and space for six portables classrooms; and landscape areas.
