Crowley Marine Services is pleased to offer for bid, a supply & services agreement for two (2) each John Deere Model 6090AFM85 200kW Keeled Cooled EPA Tier III Compliant Generator Sets.

 

1. This RFP consists of the following:  

 

• Attachment “A” – Information to Bidders

 

• Attachment “B” – Acknowledgement of Intent to Bid\

 

• Attachment “C” – Generator Specifications Sheet

 

• Attachment “D” – Terms & Conditions

 

• Attachment “E” – Bid Form

 

2. Acknowledgment: Please acknowledge receipt of this package by return email to roy.watson@crowley.com confirming if you intend to bid or not by Wednesday, March 18, 2020.

 

3. Bid Deadline: Bids are due no later than the end of business day on Friday, March 27, 2020.

 

4. Bid Validity: Bids should remain valid for review and acceptance by Crowley until Monday, June 29, 2020.

 

5. Bid Submittal: Faxed bids will NOT be accepted.  Bids can be submitted in USD only by email to roy.watson@crowley.com.
