Bid No. B112213: Furniture Procurement for 2023-2026

The district is seeking bids from vendors for furniture for schools to be purchased between approximately April 2023 through March 31, 2026. Sealed Bids will be received by Seattle School District No. 1 no later than 10:00 a.m. on December 15, 2022 at the Seattle Public Schools’ John Stanford Center, Contracting Services Section, 2445 Third Ave South, Seattle, WA 98134 for the purchase of Fluid Milk Products, Miscellaneous Dairy Products and Juice Products for the 2021-2022 school year.

Bid documents are available beginning November 17, 2022 at Builders Exchange of Washington, Inc. Bid documents associated addenda and Bidders List are available at no charge at the Builders Exchange, Inc. on-line Plan Center (www.bxwa.com).  To access documents on-line with Builders Exchange, go to “bxwa.com” and click on “Posted Projects,” “Goods and Services,” and “Seattle Public Schools Goods and Services.” It is recommended that bidders “Register as a Bidder” in order to receive automatic email notification of future addenda, to download addenda, and to be placed on the “Bidders List.”  Proposers who do not register will not be automatically notified of addenda and will need to periodically check the on-line plan room for addenda issued for this project.
