SEALED BIDS for PROJECT 2019-06 Baker Heights Clean Boarding Phase 2 will be received by the Everett Housing Authority – Administration Office/Finance Department at 3107 Colby Avenue, Everett, Washington 98201 until 3:00 PM on March 6, 2019

The estimate is $185,000.00,

There will be one pre-bid walk through on February 19 starting at 1:00 PM.  We will begin the walk thru at EHA’s Facilities Office at 2715 15^th Street, Everett, WA 98201

EHA must secure vacated housing in the Baker Heights neighborhood against unlawful entry for an undetermined period until such units are demolished or re-occupied. We currently have 124 remaining unsecured units, with 62 available immediately for Clearboard installation.  Approximately 10 additional vacated units will be given to the Contractor each month until project completion. Project shall not go beyond September 31, 2019.
