N.A. Degerstrom is seeking quotes from certified DBE firms for all scopes of work on this project. This project widens and reconstructs Barker and Euclid roads in the Spokane Valley and installs new water and sewer lines. Potential project work scopes include grading and excavation, storm drainage, traffic control, asphalt paving, concrete flatwork, asphalt milling, signal and illumination systems, landscaping, permanent signing and pavement markings.
