Project Description:  Work of the Project includes exterior siding renovation for south portion of the building, install new pavements, catch basins, and hydroseeding, install new light pole/base, and construct west entry canopy extension. Minor interior modifications include restrooms, one classroom, reception desk, partial ceiling, lighting, and grilles/diffuser replacement, and replacement of a portion of the domestic water piping.
