Project Description: 

Work shall include providing of labor, equipment, materials, products, accessories, furnishings, specialties, supplies, tools, equipment, temporary power, equipment hoists, superintendence, taxes, overhead and profit, and mechanical, architectural, civil, structural, and electrical improvements for total construction of the Project in strict conformance with the Contract Documents.

1. Workmanship and installation procedures regarding materials, equipment, and products listed in this specification and indicated on the Drawings shall follow published industry standards unless specified and detailed differently to a higher standard.

2. Failure to comply with published or detailed workmanship or installation procedures will result in installer removing defective workmanship and installations and providing new work at no additional cost to the Owner.

3. Materials and systems shown on the Drawings and specifications are part of the Contract Document’s Work and shall be installed complete as part of Project. Conflicts in the Work shown or specified do not relieve the Contractor and his subcontractors from performing the Work. No additional compensation will be awarded if any Work is shown on the Drawings and/or in the Specifications, whether or not they are in conflict with each other.
