PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Project includes improvements to 4 development zones, including: Zone A: Exercise Area; Zone B: Beach Area; Zone C: Entry Area; and Zone D: Stage Area. Overall improvement elements include: Procure and install paved paths, paved stage, seat walls, shelter, stage structures, moveable furnishings, light pole, picnic tables, barbeques, trash cans, bike racks, interpretive sign, lawn (irrigation, soil, planting).

Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) Items: Sister City Plaque and Art Screen (Base Bid)

Additive #1: Zone D – Stage Area - Procure and install paved paths, paved stage, seatwalls, shelter, moveable furnishings, light pole, picnic tables, barbeques, trash cans, bike racks, interpretive sign, lawn (irrigation, soil, planting)

Additive #2: Zone A – Exercise Area - Procure and install paved paths, ramp. curbs, bridge, light pole, picnic table, barbeque, interpretive sign, bike racks, exercise equipment, safety surfacing, boulders, lawn (irrigation, soil, planting).

Location: 8650 55th Ave S, Seward Park Ave S & S Henderson

A/E Estimate: Base $811,346 Additive 1: $352,346 Additive 2: $205,540

Project Schedule: Substantially Complete within 150 working days of the NTP and Physically Complete within 165 working days of the NTP

This project is a prevailing wage job and has a 25% WMBE Utilization.

RFI is due February 14, 2023. Please submit by 12 noon.
