The project consists of a complete HVAC upgrade and exterior improvements. The work includes, but not limited to demo of the existing boiler and radiator system, brick chimney removal, replace flat roofing, windows and siding, exterior painting, interior restroom finishes, HVAC equipment and ductwork, and electrical work.
