Pacific Civil & Infrastructure, Inc. is seeking proposals from qualified and certified DBE Subcontracting, Supplier and Equipment firms for various scopes of work including survey, trucking, landscaping, erosion control, clearing and grubbing, and sawcutting.

The Project’s Scope of Work as described in the Advertisement for Bids is:
The work to be performed under this contract includes the replacement of approximately 1,417 linear feet of transmission main from Yelton Drive to Niblett Way across public right-of-way and private property. The project will install 12-inch inside diameter high density polyethylene (HPDE) and ductile iron pipe and associated appurtenances. The project site is considered remote and includes work along unimproved and narrow utility easement, steep slopes, and an above grade creek crossing. The alignment follows an existing overhead power easement. Excavation conditions range from glacial till to expansive clays. The project also includes the installation of a pre-manufactured pressure reducing station and connections to the existing water system.
