Project Description:   Demolish existing chiller, chilled water pumps, and appurtenances and provide new air-to-water heat pump, chilled water pumps, and appurtenances. Demolish existing fans and provide new fans. Demolish of existing fan coils and terminal units and provide new fan coils and terminal units. Refurbish existing air handling units, including but not limited to, replacing fans, motors, coils, and appurtenances. Test, adjust, and balance all heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment. Commissioning all heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment.
