Pacific Civil & Infrastructure, Inc. is seeking proposals from qualified and certified DBE/MBE/WBE Contracting and Supplier firms for various scopes of work including: Concrete Coring & Sawing, Concrete Curb & Sidewalk, Excavation, Dewatering, Paving, Erosion Control, Landscaping, Trucking, Asphalt Planing/Grinding, Striping, Traffic Control, Fencing, Pipe Cleaning & Television, Permanent Signage, and Survey. 

The project’s scope as described in the Advertisement for Bids is:

Benthien Loop Utilities includes the construction of approximately 3,900 linear feet of 8 and 12-inch ductile iron water main, the installation of 9 fire hydrants, 26 water service connections, approximately 2400 linear feet of 2-inch HOPE sanitary sewer forcemain, 21 sanitary sewer connections, the construction of approximately 500 linear feet of new roadway and the resurfacing of approximately 3,100 linear feet of existing roadway plus other miscellaneous work.

Lakes Apartments and Fife Business Park Water Service Replacement consists of replacement of seven (7) water services at Lakes Apartments, including new service line, setters, separating deduct meters and installing double check valve assemblies and associated restoration and six (6) sites at Fife Business Park including new service line, separating deduct meters, installing double check valve and reduced pressure backflow assemblies and associated restoration.
