LOTT is seeking the services of a general contractor to upgrade aging digester system equipment and make modifications to improve the operability of the system at the Budd Inlet Treatment Plant.  The project will involve complex construction adjacent to active digesters wtih phased digester startups.  This solicitation for Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) is the first step in a two-step procurement process.  Only those firms that respond to the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and are pre-qualified by LOTT in accordance wtih the requirements set forth in the RFQ will be issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) and invited to submit proposals in response to the RFP.

LOTT invites minority and women-owned businesses to submit SOQs to LOTT or to offer relevant construction services, equipment, or supplies to prospective bidders.  The RFQ is posted online at bxwa.com under "Posted Projects" and "LOTT Clean Water Alliance".  The RFQ is also available for inspection upon request at the reception desk of the LOTT Regional Services Center at 500 Adams Street NE, Olympia, WA  98501.
