2018 Frost Heave Repairs
Sealed bids must be received by mail, recognized carrier, or hand delivery at Odessa Town Hall located at 21 E 1st Ave. Odessa, WA 99159, until 10:00:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 22, 2018 at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read.
The project generally consists of the removal and replacement of asphalt roadway sections at specific locations Throughout the Town of Odessa.
Twenty (20) working days will be allowed to complete the base bid work. Ten (10) additional working days will be provided if Additive Alternate (Bid Schedule D) is awarded.
Each proposal must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by cash, a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond, payable to the Town of Odessa, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and payment bond, each in the full amount of the contract price.

Contract documents may be procured from Century West Engineering upon payment of a $30.00 non-refundable plan fee for each set. A Pre-Bid meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at the Town of Odessa Town Hall, to answer questions about the project. This project is funded in part through FEMA reimbursement. The City shall have the right to reject any or all bids not accompanied by bid security or data required by the bidding documents or a bid in any way incomplete or irregular.
