Project Description:

Work of the Project includes the reconstruction and expansion of the parking lot at Surbeck Services, the widening of a portion of Washington Street, the reconstruction of the curb returns and ADA ramps in the intersection of Washington Street and Elm Street, and a prefabricated restroom building, including grading, storm drainage, curbing, sidewalks, pavement, and other related items.
