NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by Whatcom County Administrative Services Finance/Purchasing at their office on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue Suite 503, Bellingham WA 98225 for the following:

Ferry Terminal Structural Steel Repair (CRP No. 917015)

UNTIL: 2:30 PM Tuesday April 24, 2018

At which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All bidders and any other interested people are invited to be present. Late submittals will not be considered.

Whatcom County Public Works Engineering Division is requesting bids for the improvement of the Gooseberry Point Transfer Span and Lummi Island Transfer Span at the Whatcom County Ferry Terminals, as further described in the bid documents.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday April 19, 2018 at the Gooseberry Ferry Terminal 2600 Block of Lummi View Dr. Bellingham WA  98226. Only bidders who register at the mandatory pre-bid meeting will be qualified to submit bids. The meeting will include a discussion about TERO, walk through of the site, and bidders will be able to ask any questions of the Design Engineer, Lummi Nation TERO Officers, or Whatcom County Public Works staff who will be involved in this project.
