The City of Richland, Washington will receive sealed bids for ITB 18-0065, Columbia Playfield Outdoor Basketball Court Renovation. Complete bid documents are available at www.publicpurchasecom. This project is funded in whole or in part with CDBG funds. Pre­vailing Wages, including Davis Bacon wages, certified payrolls and all other applicable federal regulations shall be in force and effect.

The project includes, but is not limited to:

Base Bid: demolition of the existing outdoor basketball court, removing four poles and backboards, constructing a new outdoor concrete court, placing an acrylic finish on the new court, and installing new poles and backboards.  

Additive #1: Installation of new City provided court lighting.

Each bid must be submitted on the prescribed forms and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a contract bond (payment and performance), in the full amount of the contract price.
