Sealed bids with bid security will be received by PUD NO. 1 OF CLALLAM COUNTY at the District’s Main office at 104 Hooker Road, Sequim, Washington until 2:30 p.m., Pacific Time, Wednesday, February 26, 2025. Sealed bids may be submitted by mail and sent: Attn: Contracts Coordinator, PUD No. 1 of Clallam County, 100 Hooker Road, Sequim, WA 98382. Bid must be in a sealed bid envelope with the name and address of Bidder, the bid number and title, and then placed in the delivery 
envelope to be mailed. At 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time, a public bid opening will take place in the Boardroom at the District’s Main office at 104 Hooker Road, Sequim, for the following material(s):

• 230 quantity, 45 ft Class 3 Wood Distribution Poles, delivered to 3 different locations

Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check in an amount equal 
to five percent (5%) of the Bid.
