NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS:

Sealed Bids will be received by Seattle Public Schools through and including 2:00 p.m. on July 10, 2018, at the Seattle Public School’s Contracting Service Section, John Stanford Center, 2445 Third Avenue South, Seattle, WA 98134, for Furniture Procurement for 2019-2020. Bids will be accepted only for the specified items and model numbers listed in the bid documents. Bids received after the day and hour stated above will not receive consideration. Shortly after 2:00 p.m. bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Seattle Public Schools reserves the right to postpone the Bid opening.

Bid documents are available beginning May 24, 2018 in the following ways:

1. On-Line Plan Center

Bid documents, associated addenda and Bidders List are available at no charge at Builders Exchange of Washington, Inc. Online Plan Center (www.bxwa.com). To access documents online with Builders Exchange, go to “bxwa.com” and click on “Posted Projects,” “Goods and Services,” “Seattle Public Schools: and “Goods and Services”. It is recommended that bidders “Register as a Bidder” in order to receive automatic email notification of future addenda, to download addenda, and to be placed on the “Bidders List”. Bidders that do not register will not be automatically notified of addenda and will need to periodically check the online plan room for addenda issued for this project.
