Odessa Memorial Healthcare Center
2017 Frost Heave Repairs 
 

Sealed bids will be received at Odessa Memorial Healthcare Center, 502 Amende Drive, Odessa, WA, 99159, until 10:00:00 a.m., Thursday, March 15, 2018 at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. 
 
The project generally consists of the removal and replacement of 3 separate asphalt parking lots on the healthcare campus.  The intent of this plan is that the parking lots be reconstructed in order to repair frost heave damage.  The parking lots will be re-built to their existing grades, except for minor modifications in order to bring pavement slopes into ADA compliance. 
 
Fifteen (15) working days will be allowed to complete the work. 
 
Each proposal must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by cash, a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond, payable to the Odessa Memorial Healthcare Center, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and payment bond, each in the full amount of the contract price. Contract documents may be examined at the following locations: 1. Contract documents may be procured from Century West Engineering upon payment of a $30.00 non-refundable plan fee for each set. A non-mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 27, 2017 at Odessa Memorial Healthcare Center, to answer questions about the project. This project is funded in part through FEMA reimbursement.  
 
Odessa Memorial shall have the right to reject any or all bids not accompanied by bid security or data required by the bidding documents or a bid in any way incomplete or irregular.
