Project Description:  Modernization and Addition of the existing Pleasant Glade Elementary School. The building modernization and addition will add new administrative space, restrooms and (under alternate) a new cafeteria. The mechanical, electrical, security and low voltage systems will be either upgraded or replaced. A new gas line will be installed as part of a new kitchen and boiler system. The exterior will include new entries, windows and roof replacement. The site will include new site circulation and parking, frontage improvements and utility upgrades as well as a new modular building (under separate contract) to replace eight existing portable buildings, and the accommodation of a future early learning modular building.
