Scope(s):  Surveying & Settlement Monitoring, Traffic Control, Demo Saw Cutting, Demolition, Dewatering, Water Quality Treatment, Water Quality Monitoring, Temporary Shoring, Underground Utilities, Pier Construction, Asphalt Paving, Landscaping, Electrical, Temporary Fencing, Street Sweeping, and Aggregate Supply and Trucking.

Estimated Cost: $7,650,000

Project is a Covered Project subject to the City of Seattle’s Community Workforce Agreement (CWA) and Priority Hire SMC 20.37.

 This Project is also Federally Funded – Davis/Bacon Wages & Buy America Applies
