Whitewater Creek Inc., will receive General and Subcontractor bids via fax to 208-772-0178 or mail to
P.O. Box 1478, Hayden, ID 85835 or e-mail to todds@whitewatercreek.com until 4:00 p.m. local time on
Tuesday, May 8th, 2018, for the Winter Heights Apartments project located in Spokane Valley,
Washington.

This project is open for bids for all aspects of construction to include: Site work (grading, walks/curbs, paving and parking lot striping), Building Slabs, framing, electrical, fire protection, roofing, windows & doors, insulation, drywall, painting, flooring, cabinets / countertop installation, landscaping and irrigation.

Printing costs are non-refundable. To insure notification of all addendums or updates bidders must
