New approx. 3,919 s.f. single-story Scale House Building with pre-finished metal panel roofing, CMU veneer and pre-finished vertical metal wall panel exterior, wood trusses, aluminum entrances, interior finishes, doors, casework, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, sitework, new inspection pit and demolition of existing Scale Building.
