The Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals (BIIA) is offering this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit organizations or individuals, hereafter called “Bidder,” experienced in court case management systems who can develop, implement, deploy, host, license, support, and maintain a configurable Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS)/Software as a Service (SaaS) court case management system.
