FOR BUILDING 1 BOILER SYSTEM & BUILDING 4 HOT WATER TANK REPLACEMENT

PIERCE TRANSIT is a municipal corporation with administrative offices located at 3701 96th Street SW, Lakewood, Washington 98499-4431. Bids are being solicited from bidders to provide Building 1 Boiler System & Building 4 Hot Water Tank Replacement. The Project estimate is approximately $48,500.00 for Building 1 Boiler System and $78,000.00 for Building 4 Hot Water Tank for a total of $126,500.00.

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on August 10, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. in a conference room at Pierce Transit Headquarters located at: 3701 96^th Street SW, Lakewood, Washington 98499-4431. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend. Attendees are required to wear an ANSI II rated high visibility vest or shirt and closed toed shoes. The Pre-Bid Meeting will provide the opportunity to see the work site, and ask questions regarding the Scope of Work.

Prospective bidders are required to abide by Pierce Transit's general instructions to bidders. Sealed bids will be accepted by Purchasing at Pierce Transit Headquarters until August 24, 2018 at 2:00 p.m.
