Project Description:  The Work consists of: Complete construction of a new single story gymnasium and support space addition to Bordeaux Elementary elementary school and related sitework. Construction Type V-B with complete electrical and mechanical systems. The building is fully sprinklered which is extended from the existing building. Miscellaneous site and utilities improvements as well as full landscaping and irrigation are included in this Project.
