Dawson Construction is requesting subcontractor bids for the bid packages referenced above for the Bellingham Technical College – Campus Center Seismic Retrofit project.

Sealed bids are due no later than the dates/times indicated above and must be received at Dawson Construction Office, located at 405 32nd St. Suite 110, Bellingham, WA. Bids will be publicly opened following submission deadline. Bids received after this time and date will be returned unopened and will not be considered. Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted. A bid bond will be required in the amount of (5) percent of the bid amount, for any bids in excess of $35,000.

Dawson Construction and Bellingham Technical College shall have the right to accept the lowest responsive bid from a statutorily “responsible” bidder, provided the bid has been submitted in accordance with the requirements of the Bidding Documents. The GCCM and the Owner shall have the right to waive informalities on a bid or bids and shall have the right to reject any and all bids for the project. See Contract Documents for complete information on what must be submitted.
