Project Description: The Work consists of Remodeling two floors of the existing Patient Wing B at Building 29 along with associated exterior site modifications. The work generally involves complete demolition of the interior walls, floor finishes and mechanical and electrical infrastructure and rebuilding with new. Scope also includes replacement of exterior windows, additions onto the ends of the wings and replacement of the existing roofing with new.
The Contractor shall understand that this work also includes clearing, grubbing, grading and temporary storm water drainage/control, along with items as noted in the contract documents.
The intent of the Contract Documents is that the Contractor will construct a complete, fully functional forensic patient treatment wing, related on-site improvements and utility connections, including all civil, architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical improvements, with all materials and equipment in place and all systems operative as defined by the contract documents.
