BUILDING 6 STRIPING AND WHEEL STOPS

SPECIFICATION NO. PT-44-18

PIERCE TRANSIT is a municipal corporation with administrative offices located at 3701 96th Street SW, Lakewood, Washington 98499-4431. Bids are being solicited from bidders to complete the parking lot striping and wheel stops at Building 6 located at 9622 40^th Ave S. W., Lakewood, WA. 

The engineer’s estimate is $14,500 - $15,000.

General Scope of Work
Provide all labor, equipment, and materials to remove existing parking stall striping where present, clean surface and install new parking stall striping for 61 stalls including one ADA stall symbol, associated block out striping and wheel stops as indicated on the drawing set. 

You must be a registered vendor on Pierce Transit’s eBids website to download bid documents. You can access eBids to get registered from our Agency website at www.piercetransit.org/purchasing.

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on September 7, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Building 6 located at: 9622 40^th Ave. S.W., Lakewood, Washington 98499. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend. The Pre-Bid Meeting will provide the opportunity to see the work site, and ask questions regarding specifications and the Scope of Work.

Sealed bids will be accepted by Purchasing at Pierce Transit Headquarters until September 18, 2018 at 2:00 p.m.

Prospective bidders are required to abide by Pierce Transit's general instructions to bidders.
