Building Automation System Network and Panel Upgrade

Pullman and Prosser, WA

June 30, 2021

Washington State University, Facilities Services, will be issuing a RFQ in late July 2021 for the purposes of identifying Design/Build teams for the Building Automation System Network and Panel Upgrade. The project scope is to assess WSU’s private BAS network and explore implementing Smart Building Technologies. Work to include replacement of BAS control systems and/or modify as needed, install or connect to existing Chilled Water, Domestic Water, and Electrical metering in various buildings on the Pullman campus and Hamilton Hall at Prosser. Work will require integration of several BAS network systems (Desigo, Compass), and MIS systems (Skyspark, AIM), to facilitate energy management and utility billing processes.   The estimated total budget for design and construction is approximately $1.5M.

This will be a progressive Design-Build solicitation, with the core team only to be included at the time of proposal.

Complete information regarding this solicitation may be found, once the RFQ is advertised, at the following web site address: https://facilities.wsu.edu/alt-pub-works/.  No further project information is available at this time.
