The City of Sammamish Department of Community Development is soliciting interest from firms to provide building inspection support services.

This work will likely include:

1. Non-structural fire and life safety inspections

2. Structural inspections

3. Washington State Energy code inspections

4. Barrier-free inspections

5. Mechanical and plumbing inspections

6. Temporary erosion and sediment control inspections
7. Building Official services as related to building inspections
