INVITATION TO BID # 2021 - 002 BULK FUEL & CARD LOCK SERVICE Whatcom Transportation Authority (WTA), the public transportation agency in Whatcom County, Washington, will receive bids in accordance with minimum bid requirements identified in Invitation to Bid (ITB) 2021 - 002. The purpose of this ITB is to select the lowest cost most responsive & responsible bidder for fuel and card lock services. Bids will be opened via MS Teams on March 1, 2021 at 12:00 PM PST.
