BUNKER CREEK, NORTH AND SOUTH FIBER PROJECT MATERIALS

Public Utility District No. 1 of Lewis County (DISTRICT) requires various fiber project materials for the Bunker Creek, North and South broadband project within the Lewis County area in Washington State with delivery at the Chehalis warehouse in accordance with the IFB's exhibits.
This project will utilize funds from federal award number CPFFN0145 (ARPA Capital), granted to the Washington State Broadband Office by the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
Materials proposed by bidders must comply with Domestic Preferences for Procurements (2 CFR § 200.322) to be considered responsive and responsible.
Failure to comply with any part of the solicitation instructions may result in rejection of the bid, quotation or proposal as non-responsive. The District reserves the right at its sole discretion to reject all bids, quotations or proposals received without penalty and not to issue a contract as a result of this solicitation.
