Bustad Hall Vivarium Renovation and Building Controls Replacement

Washington State University, Facilities Services, will be issuing a RFQ in late 2019/early 2020 for the purposes of identifying Design/Build teams for the Bustad Hall Vivarium Renovation and Building Controls Replacement project. The rough project scope includes architectural and MEP upgrades to existing Vivarium suites and mechanical control upgrades throughout the building as budget allows. The estimated total project budget is $2.5M with a design and construction budget of approximately $1.75M.
